Vintage hand-painted ceramic vase by Giovanni DeSimone, made in Italy. This large 10-inch piece features DeSimone’s distinctive folk-art figures, bright color palette, and sketch-style line work. The vase shows two figural scenes: a woman carrying a basket of fruit and a second figure with a bird in flight behind them. Classic turquoise sky, red jacket, and citrus motifs typical of DeSimone’s Sicilian studio.

Fully hand painted over a white glaze with terracotta clay showing at the base. Signed DESIMONE ITALY on the underside along with the original import label. No cracks. Light surface wear consistent with age.
