I took the batteries out so it wouldn’t freak the post office out, but it does have an off/ on switch I’m sending him in a poly bag inside a giant Ziploc bag, he is plush so he will be OK and adoption paper will be also in a Ziploc bag so shipping cost is lower Comes from clean smoke and pet free home
