This is a PILOT fountain pen!
The nib is 14K and quite impressive ^^
Overall, there are signs of use, dirt, and scratches.
There is no ink! There are no replacement cartridges either, so you will need to prepare your own (>_<)
I haven't been able to test it out, so I don't know if the ink flow is clogged, and I can't guarantee it will work perfectly.
