knee length and a nice weight. chestnut brown on the outside with the inside being a coordinating tweed type black brown. the back of the sweater is solid black. not overwhelming or heavy but it looks great with business wear or jeans, even dresses and skirts look wonderful. I bought before my weight loss but now it is just too baggy and it needs a new home. no pilling and worn only a couple times. very stylish. the bust measures 24" across and it does close. the length is 35" from shoulder to the hem.
