I am not sure what made of but most probably if I have to guess would say Brass & ring itselfłm high polished looks very shiny except top side where the Ted’s face is matte (Not polished) .Please see pictures

I got this from a long time MLB collector , being old age was liquidating to reside smaller place

I have several of them

I can size 7 thru 13 just straight sizes NOT quarter or half sizes

So please do not ask like 11 1/4 or 11 1/2
