This is Pudsey Bear, the mascot of BBC Children in Need. He was created in 1985 by BBC graphic designer Joanna Lane. Originally, Pudsey had brown fur and a red bandana with black triangles. In 1986, he was given his now-iconic yellow fur and a red and white bandana.

Pudsey has a single eye covered by a bandana, which is typically white with red spots. He has two black buttons on his chest and a small, stitched smile. The Pudsey Bear is a symbol of charity and fundraising for children in the UK.

A little faded on the back of head.
