Viscount Esher Callander Public School 1925

This is a hardback edition of The Jolly Book by Nelson . The hardback cover front picture is a little faded and the spine image is more faded . the back cover has a mark at the top corner . The first blank page has a written inscription that i think will possibly be of interest to collectors of Education and Parliament and Royals. Callnder Public School, Session 1925-1926. Advanced Division Dux Prize. Presented by Viscount Esher G.C.V.O. G.C.B. Awarded to Mary Mc Nicol . ( i have another book listed that was awarded to Hamish Mac Nicol )Possible interest . Inside the book the second colour illustrated page has become detached from the spine . It has a few crease marks at the bottom of it and a tiny rip to the outer edge of it but is a complete page . No bits missing. On page 73, 91 and 213 there is an ink dot close to the spine . None of these imperfections effect the reading of this book or the simple historical interest it has regarding the school and people . There is a great poem and colour picture about a Grisly Bear Dentist and a Hippo . Some random activities like a simple diy camera , pin hole pictures and lots of stories . Great additionional book for people whom have these interests.
