See photos for condition. The hat is in good shape with tags. There was a sticker it appears on one of the tags that has been removed. Maybe some dust from storage as well.
There isn’t much information on the team or city online. There aren’t season records available from what I can tell. From research the F.I.A.F. League name was from the late 1980s to early/mid 1990s. It might not be the most sought after popular sports league, but it is certainly one that you might never find again for a collection. I haven’t found comparable sales so it might start high for the first auction and lower if no sale in the future.
