The main stone looks like hand painted ceramic or tile to me. Marked 925 on the back. It has dangle pendant with various beads, coins, silver tone feather heart and some are natural stones carved.
The pendant hangs from a 15.5" black silk cord with silver tone closure. The pendant measures approx 4.3"x1.5". Weights 48g total. In great vintage condition with light signs of wear from age.
